M.J. Bale is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Casual Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Myer Sydney.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, has a genuine interest in style and wants to develop their career within premium retail.
You don’t need to know everything about menswear from day one. What matters most is your ability to make customers feel welcome, understand what they need and help them leave feeling confident.
The role
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will represent the M.J. Bale brand and deliver a personalised, styling-led experience to every customer.
You will:
Welcome customers and provide genuine, attentive service
Offer confident styling, fit and product advice
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
Contribute to individual and team sales targets and KPIs
Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Assist with stock replenishment, processing and general store operations
Support the team during weekends, late-night trade and peak retail periods
