About the Role
As a Casual Retail Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of M.J. Bale, creating an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through our concession.
You'll help customers find the perfect fit, provide expert styling advice and contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining the premium presentation of our brand.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalised styling advice.
- Build genuine relationships with customers and create memorable shopping experiences.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain outstanding visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Assist with stock replenishment and day-to-day store operations.
- Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive and energetic environment.
About You
You'll be someone who loves connecting with people and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

- Previous retail or customer service experience (fashion experience is highly regarded).
