We have exciting opportunities for Casual Sales Assistants to join the M.J. Bale team across our premium Sydney outlet store locations.

Birkenhead Point
As part of our dynamic retail team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, building genuine customer relationships, and supporting the ongoing success of our stores.
What you'll be doing
• Deliver premium customer service and create an exceptional in-store experience
• Provide styling advice and product knowledge to customers
• Support the presentation and visual standards of the store
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining store organisation
• Work collaboratively with the wider team in a fast-paced retail environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and peak retail periods
• Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
