The Role
We’re looking for an Assistant Store Business Manager who takes pride in running a strong, people first business.
You will lead your store with confidence balancing team development, commercial performance and an exceptional customer experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to bring out the best in their team.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Leading and developing a high-performing team
Driving sales, KPIs and overall store results
Creating a positive and accountable team culture
Delivering a premium and consistent customer experience
Managing store operations, stock and visual merchandising
Recruiting, onboarding and developing talent
Identifying opportunities to grow your store’s performance

Experienced in retail leadership (Assistant Store Manager or similar)
Strong commercial awareness and results-driven mindset
Confident communicator who leads from the front
