We are currently seeking two driven Assistant Store Managers to support our Claremont and Karrinyup stores.

About the Role
This is more than a support role—it’s your opportunity to step into leadership and build toward your next move into Store Management.
Working closely with the Store Business Manager, you will play a key role in driving performance, leading from the floor, and elevating the customer experience.
You will be responsible for:
Supporting the delivery of sales targets, KPIs and store performance
Leading from the front to deliver a premium, personalised customer experience
Coaching and developing team members to build a high-performing culture
Maintaining excellence across visual merchandising, stock and store operations
Acting as a 2IC leader, stepping up to run the store when required
Desired Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a retail leadership role (Supervisor or Assistant Manager level)
A passion for customer experience, styling and premium service
Proven ability to support team performance and drive results
Strong communication and leadership capability
A hands-on, proactive mindset in a fast-paced environment
