About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in a part-time capacity.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll deliver a premium in-store experience, support daily operations, and bring the M.J. Bale brand to life through exceptional service and styling.
What You’ll Do
Deliver a personalised, high-touch customer experience on the floor
Support daily store operations including sales, stock and visual merchandising
Build strong product knowledge and confidently style customers
Contribute to a positive, team-focused store culture
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Passion for menswear, styling and customer experience
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Reliable, flexible and confident working in a fast-paced environment
