About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially driven E-Commerce Content Manager to own and optimise the digital performance of a growing retail group.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll drive revenue, improve conversion, and lead the end-to-end digital strategy across eCommerce and marketing.
What You’ll Do
Own eCommerce trading, performance and customer experience
Lead digital marketing across paid media, SEO, CRM, content and social
Use data and analytics to drive optimisation and growth
Lead a small team and manage agency partners

About You
Proven experience in eCommerce or digital within retail or B2C
Strong commercial mindset with a focus on sales, conversion and ROI
Confident using analytics tools and performance marketing channels
Hands-on, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
