We’re looking for a full-time Visual Merchandiser to bring our brand to life across our VIC store network.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of visual merchandising across multiple stores, translating our brand vision into a premium, commercial in-store experience.
This is a hands-on, field-based role where you’ll partner closely with retail teams to elevate store presentation, drive sales and ensure consistency across the network.
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver high-impact, on-brand visual merchandising across VIC stores
Execute seasonal campaigns, product drops and VM direction
Work closely with Store Managers to optimise layouts and drive sales
Coach and develop teams on VM standards and styling
Identify opportunities to improve store presentation and performance
Support new store openings, refits and key VM projects
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Proven experience in Visual Merchandising (fashion retail preferred)
Strong eye for detail, styling and brand presentation
Commercially minded with a passion for driving results
Confident communicator who can influence and coach teams
Highly organised, proactive and able to work autonomously
Full driver’s licence and ability to travel across VIC
