Job Description
The Role
We’re looking for an Assistant Store Business Manager to support the Store Business Manager in leading a high performing, customer-focused team.
This role is hands on and people-led ideal for someone who enjoys developing others, driving results and being part of a strong leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Business Manager in delivering store performance and team success
- Lead by example on the floor, creating a strong sales and service culture
- Coach and mentor team members to build capability and confidence
- Maintain a high standard of store presentation, stock and operations
- Build strong customer relationships through personalised service
- Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development

- Previous experience in a retail leadership or senior sales role
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
