M.J. Bale is Australia’s leading premium menswear brand, known for its commitment to craftsmanship, natural fibres and modern tailoring. We are currently looking for a Casual Retail Sales Assistant to join our Martin Place Flagship Store in the heart of Sydney.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of our most iconic locations, delivering exceptional service and helping customers experience the quality and craftsmanship that define the M.J. Bale brand.
About the Role
As a Casual Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a premium in-store experience for every customer. You will work closely with the team to deliver outstanding service, maintain high visual standards and drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional and personalised customer service
Assist customers with styling, product knowledge and suit fittings
Maintain premium visual merchandising standards in store
Support daily store operations including stock management and replenishment
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets
Represent the M.J. Bale brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous retail or customer service experience (fashion experience highly regarded)
Has a passion for menswear, style and premium retail
Is confident engaging with customers and building relationships
Has strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Is reliable, well presented and enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment
Is available to work flexible casual hours including weekends
