The Opportunity

As Store Business Manager, you will have full accountability for store performance, team development and operational excellence.

Drive Commercial Success

• Deliver sales targets, KPIs and overall store profitability

• Analyse trading performance and identify growth opportunities

• Drive average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT) and database growth

• Develop strong clienteling strategies to grow repeat business and VIP engagement

• Build relationships within the CBD corporate market
