Account Executive – Corporate & Wholesale (Part-Time)

Sydney (NSW) | 3 days per week | Pathway to full-time

M.J. Bale is on the lookout for a highly organised, client-focused Account Executive – Corporate & Wholesale to join our growing Corporate Sales team.

This is a part-time role (3 days per week), ideal for someone looking for flexibility with the clear intention for the role to grow into full-time as the business continues to expand.

You’ll play a key role supporting our National Corporate & Wholesale Sales Manager, working closely with premium corporate and wholesale clients to deliver exceptional service, seamless execution, and polished brand experiences.


What you’ll be doing

  • Acting as a key contact for a portfolio of corporate and wholesale accounts

  • Supporting the end-to-end client lifecycle, from onboarding and proposals through to delivery and aftercare

  • Coordinating client fittings, alterations, orders, and delivery timelines across internal teams

  • Assisting with sales proposals, presentations, and quotations for new and existing clients

  • Supporting like-for-like growth across corporate and wholesale channels

  • Managing sales administration with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Liaising with finance on invoicing, payments, and account queries

  • Supporting wholesale cycles including sell-in, order processing, and fulfilment

  • Collaborating with retail, production, marketing, and planning teams to deliver a premium client experience

Desired Skills and Experience

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an account executive, client services, sales support, or coordination role

  • Experience within fashion, retail, wholesale, or a client-driven environment is highly regarded

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine care factor

  • Confident written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office capability

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership

  • Passion for fashion and alignment with M.J. Bale’s values of Provenance, Authenticity, Integrity, and Character


Role structure & availability

  • Part-time: 3 days per week

  • Must be available across 5 days, with a roster confirmed two weeks in advance

  • Clear intent for the role to progress to full-time as the function grows
