M.J. Bale is seeking a passionate and commercially driven Store Business Manager to lead our Rosebery store — a key location that represents the heart of our brand, culture and customer experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident retail leader to take ownership of a high-profile store, build a strong team culture and deliver premium customer experiences in a fast-paced, brand-led environment.
About the role
Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing store team
Drive sales, KPIs and profitability while delivering a premium customer experience
Build a strong team culture focused on service, performance and development
Recruit, onboard and develop talent to build a strong succession pipeline
Manage store operations including rosters, wage control and daily execution
Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and brand standards
Act as a brand ambassador for M.J. Bale within the Rosebery precinct
Partner closely with internal stakeholders to drive store success
Desired Skills and Experience
About you
Proven experience as a Store Business Manager or Store Manager (fashion or premium retail preferred)
Strong people leadership capability with a coaching mindset
Commercially driven with a proven track record of delivering results
Confident communicator who leads from the floor
Energised by fast-paced trading environments and brand storytelling
Organised, resilient and solution-focused
Flexible to work a rotating retail roster
