Job Description
M.J. Bale is looking for a driven and experienced Store Business Manager to lead our Westfield Burwood concession. This role is perfect for a confident retail leader who thrives in a concession environment and is passionate about people, performance and premium customer experience.
As Store Business Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the concession, leading the team from the front and ensuring strong commercial outcomes while representing the MJ Bale brand to the highest standard.
About the role
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing concession team
Drive sales, KPIs and profitability within a concession environment
Deliver an exceptional, consistent customer experience
Recruit, onboard and develop team members to build a strong talent pipeline
Manage store operations including rosters, wage control and daily execution
Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
Partner effectively with centre and concession stakeholders
Act as a brand ambassador for M.J. Bale at all times
Desired Skills and Experience
About you
Proven experience as a Store Business Manager or Store Manager (fashion or premium retail preferred)
Strong people leadership skills with a coaching mindset
Commercially focused with a track record of driving results
Confident communicator who leads from the floor
Organised, resilient and comfortable in a concession or high-traffic environment
Flexible to work a rotating retail roster
