Job Description
At M.J. Bale, our Store Managers are leaders of people, performance and brand. We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Store Manager to lead our Bondi Junction store and deliver an exceptional customer experience in one of our key NSW locations.
This role is ideal for a confident retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves developing teams and understands how to balance customer experience with commercial outcomes.
About the role
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing store team
Drive sales, KPIs and profitability while delivering a premium customer experience
Recruit, onboard and develop talent to build a strong succession pipeline
Manage rosters, wage control and store operations in line with business targets
Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and brand standards
Deliver consistent customer service and build strong local customer relationships
Manage stock, loss prevention and operational compliance
Act as a brand ambassador for M.J. Bale at all times
Desired Skills and Experience
About you
Proven experience as a Store Manager (fashion or premium retail preferred)
Strong people leadership and coaching capability
Commercially minded with a track record of delivering results
Confident communicator who can engage, influence and motivate teams
Passionate about customer experience and brand storytelling
Organised, resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
Flexible to work a rotating retail roster
