Job Description
At M.J. Bale, visual merchandising is fundamental to how we communicate our brand handwriting and bring our product, stores and people to life. We are looking for a Part-Time Visual Merchandiser to support our NSW retail network and ensure our stores consistently deliver a premium and on-brand customer experience.
Working closely with the NSW Retail team, this role will support a portfolio of stores across the state, providing hands-on VM guidance, training and feedback to drive strong visual and commercial outcomes.
About the role
Support and guide NSW stores on visual merchandising direction and execution
Conduct regular, hands-on store visits across the region
Deliver VM training and development to store teams
Provide constructive feedback on visual presentation and commercial opportunities
Ensure stores follow VM briefs and maintain high brand standards
Support store refits, moves and new store openings as required
Desired Skills and Experience
About you
Proven experience in a field-based Visual Merchandising role (fashion or retail preferred)
Strong creative eye with excellent attention to detail
Solid understanding of visual merchandising and the retail landscape
Commercially minded with competitor awareness
Confident, engaging communicator who can influence and coach store teams
Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced, creative environment
Hold a valid driver’s licence and have access to your own vehicle
