Job Description
M.J. Bale is on the lookout for a Social Media & PR Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing & Brand team. This is a newly created role, with social media at its core, complemented by PR and brand storytelling — perfect for someone who loves creating impact, building buzz, and shaping how a premium brand shows up in market.
You’ll work closely with our Brand, Marketing, and Creative teams (as well as external partners) to bring campaigns, launches, and stories to life across social and media channels.
What you’ll be doing
Own the day-to-day management of M.J. Bale’s social media channels, including content planning, posting, and community engagement
Lead social content execution in line with brand, campaign, and seasonal priorities
Support and execute PR and media activity, including press outreach, media coordination, and campaign support
Assist with brand storytelling, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging is on-brand, consistent, and impactful
Monitor social performance and engagement, providing insights to continuously improve content and reach
Stay ahead of social, digital, and PR trends to keep M.J. Bale relevant and cutting-edge
Desired Skills and Experience
What we’re looking for
Proven experience managing social media, ideally within fashion, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands
Exposure to PR, communications, or media relations (agency or in-house)
Strong writing skills with a sharp eye for tone, detail, and brand consistency
Confidence managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, organised, and creative mindset
A genuine passion for storytelling, content, and bringing ideas to life
