About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and commercially driven Cluster Manager to lead a portfolio of Westfield and Concession stores. This is a high-impact leadership role suited to an experienced retail professional who thrives on driving performance, developing leaders, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple locations.
As Cluster Manager, you’ll be responsible for the success of your store network — setting the standard, shaping culture, and ensuring each location performs at its best. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to bring strategy to life on the shop floor.
What You’ll Be Doing

Lead, coach and inspire Store Business Managers across both Westfield and Concession environments

Drive sales performance, productivity, and KPI delivery across your cluster

Build strong talent pipelines, support succession planning, and develop future leaders

Ensure brand standards, VM execution and customer experience are consistently delivered

Partner with Head Office teams to execute retail strategy and operational initiatives

Analyse performance data to identify opportunities and implement improvement plans

Support new store openings, concession launches and business growth initiatives
