We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Casual Sales Consultant to join our Eastern Creek Quarter store. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves fashion, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and enjoys delivering memorable in-store experiences.
About the role
As a Casual Sales Consultant, you’ll be a brand ambassador for M.J. Bale, representing our values, product quality, and service standards on the shop floor. You’ll work closely with a passionate team to ensure every customer leaves feeling confident, well-styled, and genuinely looked after.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering a premium, personalised customer experience
Styling customers across tailored, casual, and seasonal collections
Building rapport and long-term customer relationships
Driving sales through strong product knowledge and confident recommendations
Maintaining high visual merchandising and presentation standards
Supporting stock processing, replenishment, and daily store operations
Working collaboratively to achieve individual and store sales targets

You will ideally:
Be confident, approachable, and enjoy engaging with customers
Have a genuine interest in fashion, styling, or menswear
Thrive in a high-volume retail environment
Be reliable, motivated, and take pride in your presentation
Be available to work weekends, late nights, and peak trade periods
Enjoy being part of a supportive and collaborative team
Previous retail experience is advantageous but not essential — full training will be provided.
