About the Role
As a Casual Retail Assistant, you’ll support the delivery of an exceptional in-store experience, offering personalised styling advice and premium service aligned with MJ Bale’s brand standards.
This role offers flexible casual hours across a rotating roster, including weekends and peak trade periods.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a high-touch, premium customer service experience
Provide styling advice and product knowledge across the MJ Bale range
Build rapport with customers to drive sales and repeat business
Support store targets and KPIs within the David Jones environment
Assist with stock management, replenishment, and presentation standards
Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
Operate POS and support day-to-day store operations
Adhere to all WHS, compliance, and David Jones operational requirements

Previous retail or customer service experience (premium fashion preferred)
