This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced outlet environment and loves developing strong teams and driving results.
About the Role
As Store Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the store’s performance, people, and customer experience. You’ll lead from the front, inspire your team, and ensure the store consistently delivers against sales targets while upholding MJ Bale’s premium brand standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team
Drive sales performance, KPIs, and store profitability
Deliver exceptional customer service and styling experiences
Manage rosters, wages, and labour to meet commercial targets
Oversee stock management, VM standards, and store presentation
Recruit, onboard, and develop talent within your team
Ensure WHS, compliance, and operational standards are met
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-engagement team culture

About You
You’re a confident and motivated retail leader who is passionate about people, performance, and premium service.
You’ll bring:
Proven experience as a Store Manager (or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up)
A strong sales and KPI-driven mindset, ideally within fashion or apparel
Experience leading teams in a high-volume or outlet retail environment
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A customer-first approach with a passion for styling and service
Strong operational and organisational capability
Flexibility to work across a rotating retail roster, including weekends
