Store Manager – Full-Time | Hobart
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Store Manager to lead our Hobart store. This role is ideal for a confident retail leader who is passionate about people, performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a premium retail environment.
About the Role
As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the store’s performance, leading and developing a high-performing team while driving sales, operational excellence, and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a motivated store team to achieve sales and KPI targets
Drive exceptional customer experience through service, styling, and product knowledge
Manage store operations including rostering, payroll, stock control, and visual merchandising
Analyse sales results and implement strategies to improve performance
Maintain brand presentation and operational standards at all times
Recruit, onboard, and performance-manage team members
Ensure compliance with WHS and company policies
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in retail
Strong leadership and people management skills
Commercially minded with experience driving KPIs and sales performance
Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
Well-organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
Flexible to work a full-time roster including weekends
