About the Role
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in driving sales and creating memorable experiences for our customers. You’ll be a brand ambassador on the shop floor, delivering personalised service while maintaining strong visual and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service and build genuine rapport with customers
Drive sales through product knowledge, styling advice, and confident selling
Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Support day-to-day store operations including stock processing and replenishment
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and store targets
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Previous experience in retail or customer service (fashion or premium retail preferred)
Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner
A passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience
Reliable, motivated, and able to work full-time hours including weekends
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
