About the Role
As a Regional Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and growing the region’s retail performance. You’ll be the heartbeat of our business in your region — coaching and empowering store leaders, elevating the customer experience, and driving commercial outcomes that support our national strategy.
You will:
Develop and execute strategic business plans to exceed sales targets and maximise regional profitability.
Inspire, lead, and mentor a team of high-performing Store Managers, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and consistent brand execution.
Champion brand awareness, driving innovative local marketing initiatives and in-store activations that bring the M.J. Bale brand to life.
Ensure operational excellence by upholding our standards, policies, and compliance expectations across all stores.
Analyse data, market trends, customer behaviours, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, People & Culture, Finance, Visual Merchandising, and Operations to support business priorities and deliver impactful results.
Recruit, develop, and retain talent, building strong succession pipelines and nurturing future leaders within the region.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. You'll balance strategic thinking with in-store presence, providing coaching, direction, and support to ensure excellence at every customer touchpoint.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
You’re an energetic, inspiring, and commercially minded leader who thrives on developing people and delivering exceptional results. You have a genuine love for retail, an appreciation for premium menswear, and the drive to elevate team culture and store performance.
You will bring:
5+ years’ experience in multi-site retail leadership, ideally in fashion, luxury, or a customer-centric environment.
A strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives across multiple locations.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that deliver sales and profit growth.
Exceptional leadership skills, with experience coaching and building high-performing teams.
Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.
Solid financial acumen, including budget management and performance analysis.
Experience creating or executing marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and attract customers.
A passion for customer experience, premium retail, and bringing world-class service to life.
