We’re excited to offer a new opportunity for a Corporate & Wholesale Sales Assistant to join our Support Office team in NSW. This is the perfect role for someone looking to gain a foot in the door into Support Office and grow a career in corporate sales, client service, and account management.
About the Role
Reporting to the National Corporate & Wholesale Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the growth of our corporate and wholesale channels. This role is dynamic and fast-paced, combining client service, sales support, and operational coordination.
Day-to-day, you will:
Act as a key point of contact for corporate and wholesale clients, ensuring premium service and meaningful engagement
Support the full client lifecycle, from onboarding and proposals to fittings, fulfilment, and aftercare
Assist in developing proposals, quotations, and client-facing presentations
Coordinate fittings, alterations, and deliveries across retail, production, and customer care teams
Support wholesale operations, including showroom appointments, order entry, and partner education initiatives
Collaborate with marketing to assist with corporate campaigns and events
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Experienced in account management, wholesale, retail, or customer service (minimum 2 years preferred, fashion background desirable)
A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
Organised and detail-oriented, able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, solutions-focused, and collaborative across teams
Passionate about fashion and aligned with the values of M.J. Bale
