This is a casual role, 25–30 hours per week (including weekend work), perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves helping people.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service across live chat, phone, email, and social media. You’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless order fulfilment and creating positive experiences that strengthen customer loyalty.
Your day-to-day will include:
Resolving customer enquiries with professionalism and care
Assisting with online orders, returns, exchanges, and loyalty program queries
Collaborating with our warehouse, retail, and customer care teams to ensure smooth operations
Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and support sales conversion
Providing timely feedback to improve customer experience and support new initiatives

Working knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures
