Job Description

The Customer Experience Assistant at M.J. Bale plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. This position involves various responsibilities and tasks, including:

  • Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and purchase processes
  • Responding to customer feedback and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Assisting with managing and processing customer orders, exchanges, and returns
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout their journey
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and events to promote brand awareness and engage with customers effectively
  • Participating in product knowledge training sessions to stay updated on M.J. Bale's offerings
  • Contributing to the development of strategies aimed at improving overall customer satisfaction and loyalty

Required experiences

  • Familiarity with men's fashion and apparel is advantageous
