About the Role
As the first point of contact at our Support Office, you’ll deliver an exceptional guest experience while managing key retail operational tasks behind the scenes. From greeting visitors and coordinating couriers to helping execute store launches and maintaining national calendars, your days will be varied, fast-paced, and rewarding.
Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors and manage all front desk communication
Coordinate mail, couriers, office supplies, and facilities
Support internal events, meetings, and team initiatives
Be the go-to contact for retail store queries and operations
Maintain store equipment inventories and support stocktakes
Assist with store communications, calendars, and reports
Manage travel bookings for Support Office and store teams
Champion health & safety across the retail network

Confident working independently and as part of a team
Experience in a similar front-of-house or operations role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems (e.g. Concur)
