We’re on the lookout for a passionate and versatile Junior to Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. If you’re a visual storyteller with strong technical skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a love for creating engaging content across both digital and print, this could be your next step.
About the Role
As a Junior–Mid Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand and marketing campaigns to life through fresh, high-quality design. Working across multiple platforms and formats, you’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce creative assets that are not only on-brand but also impactful.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop assets for digital and print, including social media graphics, eDMs, website visuals, brochures, posters, and other marketing materials.
Support in rolling out campaigns, from concept to finished artwork.
Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, following existing brand guidelines.
Collaborate with team members across marketing, e-commerce, and content teams to meet project objectives and deadlines.
Stay across current design trends, tools, and techniques to keep our visual output fresh and relevant.
Desired Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
A solid understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and colour theory.
The ability to take direction, respond to feedback, and work both collaboratively and independently.
Strong time management skills – you're organised, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
A portfolio that shows creativity, attention to detail, and a mix of both digital and print design work.
Desirable (but not essential)
Experience with basic motion graphics or video editing (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut).
Familiarity with web or UI design, with knowledge of tools like Figma or Canva.
Basic understanding of print production processes and file setup.
