Job Description

This role will be based at our premium Westfield Warringah store and  is dedicated to overseeing and managing customer service, sales, operations, and Retail store operations within the allocated region.

You will provide exceptional leadership in all areas, at all times, dedicated to ensuring that the company standards and expectations are delivered to customers, and upheld by all staff.

The Retail Cluster Manager is dedicated to providing customer service excellence at all times – in addition to training, developing and leading all direct reports to deliver the same.

The key focus areas for the role:

  • Manage and be accountable for stores within the allocated region achieving sales, wages and shrinkage target KPI’s; as set by the company
  • Ensure merchandise presentation standards are consistent with M.J Bale visual merchandising standards at all times
  • Provide training, development and guidance to all staff/stores within the allocated  region to deliver and uphold these standards
  • Manage and oversee all customer service standards, excellence and expectations
  • Assisting with, and managing recruitment for retail and customer service staff within the allocated region. 
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements of the M.J. Bale Safety System and the applicable Safe Work Practice (SWP) that is related to this position.

The ideal candidate would have experience in managing a stores and be used to working in a high volume environment and be a highly driven sales professional. If you believe you have hands-on experience in the above, we would love to hear from you!
