Job Description
The Retail Sales Assistant / Visual Merchandiser at M.J. Bale plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales through effective visual merchandising. This dynamic position requires a balance of customer service, product knowledge, and creative flair to enhance the overall retail environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, and offering personalized styling advice to create a memorable shopping experience.
Maintaining the visual presentation standards of the store by implementing captivating displays that showcase the brand's products and reflect current trends.
Contributing to inventory management by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stocktakes, and ensuring accurate product availability on the shop floor.
Collaborating with the store management team to achieve sales targets and contribute innovative ideas for promotions and events to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
Participating in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and visual merchandising best practices.
Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures while upholding a professional image at all times.
